Born on October 1, 1984, Indumati holds a BE (EEE) degree. Indumati, who secured the 151st rank in the UPSAC exam, was the Director of the National Rural Livelihood Mission before becoming the DM and Collector of Fatehpur. Between 2016 and 2017, c. Indumati has also been the Chief Development Officer or CDO of Fatehpur. He appeared for the first time in the civil services exam in the year 2007.
When Indumati clashed with BJP MLA
Before Fatehpur, Indumati also held the charge of DM in Sultanpur. Even during that time he made few headlines. DM Sahiba clashed with BJP MLA Devmani Dwivedi. The MLA accused Indumati of corruption. In the year 2020, BJP MLA Devmani Dwivedi, former DM C. Indumati was accused of corruption in the procurement of oximeters and thermometers. It was said that there is a government mandate in gram panchayats that the kit should be bought for Rs 2800, but the DM forced the gram panchayats to buy the kit for Rs 9950. Following this allegation, the MLA wrote to the Chief Minister to remove the DM, after which a SIT inquiry was ordered and he was removed from the post.
