Non-bailable warrant against Anmol Bishnoi
Salman Khan House Firing Case: A major update has come out regarding the firing incident outside Bandra-based Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s house. A special court on Friday issued a non-bailable warrant against Anmol Bishnoi, brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. A warrant has also been issued against Rohit Godera, an alleged member of the Bishnoi gang. This will be considered the biggest update till date in the Salman Khan house firing case.
On April 14, there was a firing outside the actor’s house. In the chargesheet filed by the Mumbai Police earlier this month in connection with the incident, Godera and Anmol were named as absconding accused along with Lawrence Bishnoi. Lawrence Bishnoi is currently lodged in Ahmedabad’s Sabarmati Central Jail. According to police, Anmol and Godera are not in India and are in Canada.
Accepting the plea of ​​the prosecution, special judge in the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) case B.D. Shelke issued non-bailable warrants against Anmol and Godera. Six people have been arrested in this case. Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal allegedly opened fire outside Salman’s Awas Galaxy apartment in the early hours of April 14. Along with these two, Sonu Kumar Bishnoi, Mohammad Rafiq Chaudhary and Harpal Singh are currently in judicial custody. Another accused in this case, Anuj Kumar Thapan, allegedly committed suicide in police custody.
