An incident of rape of a girl from Agra has come to light in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. The accused youth raped the girl in a moving car. Now the girl has filed a case against the accused youth. The police are investigating the case.
The victim told the police that she was brutally assaulted on the Mohan Road Expressway in Lucknow. The incident is on 14th May. The victim was called to Lucknow by two people on the pretext of giving an educational certificate. Meanwhile, a young man raped the girl in the car.

According to the victim, he saw an advertisement on Facebook for making educational certificate at home. When he contacted the mobile number given in the advertisement, he spoke to a youth named Rakesh Kumar. Rakesh tricked him that he would get a certificate made for Rs 30,000 without taking the exam. A young man named Srinivas helps him in this work. The victim transferred Rs 15,000 from UPI to the accused’s account. After this, a fake certificate of her name was sent to the girl on WhatsApp. He called the girl to Lucknow to get the original copy.
The victim said that when she reached Lucknow, she met Rakesh and Srinivas there. The accused took her in a car to a secluded place, where Srinivas raped her. Meanwhile, Rakesh remained outside. Not only that, the entire video of the rape was also made by the accused. After this, both the accused again took him to the expressway and left him there. From here she came to Agra.
Police filed a complaint in Lucknow
The victim alleged that she reached the Agra police station to file a report about the incident, but the police deferred it saying that the case belonged to Lucknow. She kept going round the police station in Agra. But as there was no hearing, the girl came to Lucknow two days ago and reported the entire matter to the police station. After this, a case under serious sections has been registered against both the accused in Para Police Station, Lucknow. The police are investigating the matter. No arrests have been made so far.
