Registrations for this scheme of Yamuna Expressway Authority started on September 19. The last date to apply for this scheme is March 31, 2025. Under this scheme, the house price has been kept between Rs 21 lakh and Rs 45 lakh.

The houses will be available in three categories under the Yamuna Expressway Authority housing scheme. A total of 1239 houses will be available. The first category is affordable housing, its super area is 29.76 sq m. A total of 276 1BHK houses will be available under this. Among them, the base price of the ground floor is Rs 23.37 lakh. While the price of flats on the first, second and third floors is around Rs 20.72 lakh.
In addition, two categories of 2BHK houses have been created, in which a total of 250 houses will be available. The super area of these houses is 99.85 sq m and the carpet area is 64.72 sq m. Their price is up to Rs 45.09 lakh.
What is the “first come, first served” policy?
This scheme has been implemented on the basis of the “first come, first served” policy. This policy means that the applicant will be directly allocated a house as per his/her choice. Anyone above the age of 18 can apply.
The only drawback is that those people who have previously rented a residential flat in any housing scheme under the Yamuna Expressway Authority will not get a house under this scheme.
The most special thing about this development is its location. This scheme has been launched in Sector 22D, which is very close to the Noida International Airport that is coming up in Jewar. In the future, this will be the largest airport in the country and in Asia.
