Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has targeted Union Health Minister JP Nadda after advising Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Countering JP Nadda’s statement, AAP said the Union Health Minister should know that the Centre’s share is Rs 220 crore out of the total outstanding amount of Rs 376 crore.
The AAP alleged that the Center has withheld over Rs 800 crore of Punjab’s National Health Mission Fund for the past two years. Not only this, if we talk about different schemes, Punjab’s share of more than Rs 8000 crore has been withheld by the Centre.
The Punjab government demanded rights from the Centre
In this regard, the Punjab government has been continuously demanding its rights from the Center for the last two years. JP Nadda should give us our rightful Rs 8000 crore. He said that if the people of Punjab are so worried, why is our rights money being stopped?
Advice given to Bhagwant Hon
Let us tell you that Union Health Minister and BJP National President JP Nadda advised Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to pay the dues of hospitals soon instead of celebrating the party in Delhi. On Friday, he also shared a post in this regard on social media platform X.
600 crore outstanding
