Based on the application of the first party, the revenue team and Kotwali Auraiya police team went to the spot and measured the ancestral land based on the consent of both the parties and handed over the possession to the first party. Regarding this, while the first party was building a wall on the ground, the wall built by the men and women of the second party was demolished. The first party was abused, beaten and treated indecently. In this regard, based on the complaint of the first party, a case under relevant sections has been registered in Auraiya Kotwali and the accused of the second party have been taken into custody.
