Kartik Aaryan and Kabir Khan movie

Kabir Khan, the director of films like ‘Ek Tha Director’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is coming up with a film titled ‘Chandu Champion’. This is a sports drama film, which is releasing on June 14. The film is based on Muralikant Petkar, who won the gold medal for India in the 1972 Paralympics. The film stars Karthik Aryan in the lead role and plays the role of Muralikant Petkar.

The trailer of this film was released some time ago. An event was organized in Karthik’s hometown Gwalior for the trailer launch. Now Kabir has narrated his experience of that event. He also said that if such events are held in a city like Mumbai, half of the crowd is paid, meaning more than half the people have to pay.

What did Kabir Khan say?

Kabir said in an interview to Llantop, “Whenever we launch a trailer in Mumbai, there is always a huge crowd. To be fair, half of them are mercenaries. They come, we ask them to shout, they scream and shout. “Something’s caught on camera.”

Kabir said that the atmosphere was different in Gwalior. He said, “Dhoni’s IPL match was going on that day. We wondered who would come, all the boys came and started saying ‘Karthik Bhaiyya’.” That fun was not available in Mumbai.

However, ‘Chandu Champion’ is Karthik and Kabir’s first film together. Karthik has worked hard for this film. He reduced his body fat from 39 percent to 7 percent. He took one and a half years for this. Rajpal Yadav, Bhuvan Arora, Yashpal Sharma will also be seen in this film. The advance booking of this film has started from June 9. An advance booking announcement is projected at the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
