A private bus suddenly enters Gumti
A private bus bound for Deoband from Roorkee in Uttarakhand suddenly went out of control and rammed into a tea shop near Manki Mandir on Mangalore Road in Deoband. When the accident happened, many people were sitting in the shop drinking tea. The Gumti operator and many customers present in the Gumti were injured in the collision of the bus. Apart from this, some passengers traveling in the bus are reported to have been injured. Locals themselves took the injured in separate vehicles to Deoband Hospital, where they are being treated. According to people, apart from the operator who was lost in the accident, the condition of many people is critical.
Some have suffered head injuries and some have serious injuries in their hands and feet. Local people alleged that no immediate government help arrived after the accident. People themselves took the injured to the hospital. Apart from this, the injured are also not getting proper treatment. People have demanded proper treatment of the injured from the local administration and the government. The bus suddenly went out of control. Its reasons are also being investigated by the police.
