The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated with great pomp across the country. Along with the common man, Bollywood celebs are also showing a lot of enthusiasm about ‘Ganpati Bappa’. Many stars have welcomed ‘Bappa’ in their homes. This list also includes the name of the king of Bollywood i.e. Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh has also welcomed ‘Ganpati Bappa’ in his house Mannat. He has shared his photo on Instagram. Also asked for many blessings.
Sharing a photo of ‘Ganpati Bappa’ idol, Shahrukh Khan wished Ganesh Chaturthi. Sharing a picture of ‘Ganpati Bappa’, he wrote, ‘Ganpati Bappaji is welcome home. Happy Ganesh festival to you and your family. May Lord Ganesha grant us lots of happiness, health and intelligence and let us eat lots of modak.”

Karthik Aryan visited Mumbai’s famous Lalbagcha Raja on Ganesh Chaturthi. He has shared his photo on his Instagram. He captioned it, “He’s back…and so am I for his blessings. The modak party begins!!! Ganapati Bappa Moraya.” Apart from this, many Bollywood stars including Pushpa star Allu Arjun, Sara Ali Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Sonu Sood have welcomed Bappa at their home.
Will be seen in the film ‘The King’
Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Veer Zara’ is going to re-release in theaters next week. The romantic drama will hit the screens again on September 13. The film also stars Preity Zinta, Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Rani Mukerji, Divya Dutta and Manoj Bajpayee. The film is based on the immortal love story of Indian Air Force pilot Veer Pratap Singh (Shah Rukh Khan) and Pakistani woman Zara Hayat Khan (Preity Zinta). On the work front, Shahrukh will now be seen in ‘The King’, which is being directed by Sujoy Ghosh. Shah Rukh confirmed his association with the project at the Locarno Film Festival.
