Pune Porsche car accident: Accused minor to remain in observation home till June 12, remand of parents also extended

Last month, on May 19, two doctors and an employee of Sassoon General Hospital were arrested for changing the minor’s blood sample after the accident. It is alleged that one of these doctors was in touch with the minor’s father, Vikram Aggarwal.

The remand of parents also increased

The police today produced the minor’s parents, two doctors and a hospital employee before the court after his custody was over, after which his custody was extended. The court has extended the custody of the doctors and hospital staff till June 7, while the parents’ remand has been extended till June 10. Apart from this, the Juvenile Justice Board has also extended the period of observation home of the juvenile accused which was ending today till June 12.

The police will soon file a charge sheet

The police have requested the state government to fast track the case. Along with this, the Pune Police has also demanded a special advocate from the government. The police may file a charge sheet against all the accused by the end of this month. Arrest process is also going on in this case. Let us tell you that on May 19, the minor accused killed two soft engineers with his Porsche car. There is a lot of anger across the country regarding this matter, so the administration is very strict on this matter at this time.
