The court has extended the custody of the doctors and hospital staff till June 7, while the parents’ remand has been extended till June 10. Apart from this, the Juvenile Justice Board has also extended the period of observation home of the juvenile accused which was ending today till June 12.

The police will soon file a charge sheet

The police have requested the state government to fast track the case. Along with this, the Pune Police has also demanded a special advocate from the government. The police may file a charge sheet against all the accused by the end of this month. Arrest process is also going on in this case.
