Lok Sabha Election 2024

As the results of the Lok Sabha elections are coming across the country, Indore has once again set two records in its name. In fact, in Lok Sabha election results where BJP MP candidate Shankar Lalwani won with a record number of votes across the country, the votes cast in NOTA this time also set a record. NOTA got more than 2 lakh votes in Indore Lok Sabha seat. This is the biggest record so far across India.

Along with this, after the BJP candidate’s biggest victory, the workers celebrated vigorously and distributed sweets in the BJP office. Hundreds of workers were seen outside the BJP office dancing to the beat of drums and playing cards. But NOTA getting so many votes is also a proof that there was no strong candidate in the opposition.

Candidate Shankar Lalwani reacted

After the victory, BJP candidate Shankar Lalwani said, “This is a victory for Modiji’s policies and Bharatiya Janata Party workers and the real credit goes to the Bharatiya Janata Party workers. Because Bharatiya Janata Party has achieved this victory only because of their hard work.

At the same time, if we talk about the record vote on NOTA, we should also talk about Shankar Lalwani Ji’s record win. His supporters hailed this victory as a record that will never be broken. BJP leaders say that the clean sweep in Madhya Pradesh means that the people of the state love Modi ji a lot.

What does NOTA mean?

NOTA means you do not like any candidate. This time NOTA got 2 lakh votes in Indore. In India, so many NOTAs have never been voted.
