Prasad was made from buckwheat flour
The sick people are said to be from Parkham, Baroda, Mirzapur and Makhdoom Khairat villages in Farah Police Station area of ​​Mathura. Villagers said there were a few shops in the area from where the fasting people bought wheat flour. It is suspected that the quality of the flour may be poor or there is also a possibility that some toxic substance has been added to the flour. The villagers have demanded that a campaign be launched against these shops and the quality of their goods should be checked.
Is buckwheat flour adulterated? Resentment among the villagers
The villagers alleged that the shopkeepers might have adulterated the wheat flour. Anger is being seen in the area regarding this incident.
