Independent MP from Purnia in Bihar, Pappu Yadav has announced a yatra against the Waqf Board Amendment Bill on Friday. He said that he was against the Waqf Board Bill. And in this regard, they will take out the Wakf Constitutional Rights Yatra in Bihar. The journey will start from Araria on September 29. At the same time, the Constitutional Rights March will end at Gandhi Maidan in Patna.
Congress leader Pappu Yadav said that the Waqf Constitutional Rights Yatra will start from September 29. The next day on September 30, the journey will reach Kishanganj. Also on September 31 this yatra will reach Gandhi Maidan in Patna via Katihar, Kosi and Seemanchal. Pappu Yadav says that every religion has a constitutional right to run its charitable property.

He wrote that the purpose of the Waqf Constitutional Rights Yatra is to warn the MPs involved in the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) as per public opinion. At the same time, a QR code scanning campaign is also being conducted in Muslim-dominated areas of Purnea to protest against the Waqf Board Act. QR codes have been pasted in mosques, madrassas and streets and people are being asked to register their objections.

The issue of the Wakf Board Amendment Act has gone to the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) after being tabled in the Lok Sabha. At the same time, Muslim organizations are registering their objections through QR codes. On the other hand, BJP is campaigning for its MPs to convey the benefits of this bill to the people.
