After the Lok Sabha election results, it has become clear that Modi government will come to power in the country once again. It is expected that Modi will take oath as the Prime Minister for the third time on June 8. However, the NDA has not been able to cross the figure of the slogan ‘Ab ki baar, 400 paar’. BJP and NDA together have got 292 seats. BJP has 240 seats. In this election, BJP did not get success single-handedly. That is why the bargaining power of the constituent parties in the NDA has increased. Therefore, the position of BJP has now become ‘Ab ki baar, a shower of demands’.

NDA’s constituent parties TDP, JDU, Lok Janshakti Party and Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) have started placing their demands before BJP. The biggest and most important demand is for the post of Lok Sabha Speaker. TDP party, which won 16 seats in the Lok Sabha, has staked claim to the post of Lok Sabha Speaker. Along with this, sources said that JDU, Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) and Chirag Paswan have also demanded important ministerial posts.

After the results of the Lok Sabha elections, the turmoil has started regarding the new government. The last cabinet meeting of the Modi government was held today. After this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi submitted his resignation to the President. At the same time, an important meeting of the BJP-led NDA is being held in Delhi this evening. However, before this meeting and before the formation of the government, there are reports that the allies of the NDA have started putting pressure on the BJP.

According to sources, JDU has demanded 3 cabinet ministers. Apart from this, it is being told that Shiv Sena’s Eknath Shinde has also demanded 1 cabinet and 2 state minister posts. In such a situation, Chirag Paswan can claim 1 cabinet and 1 state minister post. Jitan Ram Manjhi has also expressed his desire to become a cabinet minister in the Modi government.

What are the demands of Chandrababu Naidu?

It is reported that Chandrababu Naidu may also demand 5 to 6 or more ministerial posts. Special status is given to those states which are historically backward compared to other states of the country. The National Development Council (NDC) has taken such a decision. Telangana was separated and Hyderabad went to Telangana. Chandrababu Naidu is demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh, arguing that this has caused huge damage to the economy of Andhra Pradesh.
