Electric cars are slowly making their place in people’s minds. From January to March 2024 this year, five EVs from Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra and MG Motor have entered the market. These companies have attracted customers on the basis of strong features and price.
Tata Nexon EV- Tata Motors’ Nexon electric car has long been the best-selling electric car. During the quarter, between January and March, more than 4,223 customers took this EV home. New features, battery power and range have made it popular.
Tata Tiago EV – Tata Motors’ cheapest electric car Tiago comes with great looks and features. Due to this, this car has become popular. More than 5,704 customers bought it between January and March this year.
Tata Punch EV – Tata Punch, the best-selling passenger car in the country, has petrol and CNG as well as electric variants. EVs are also selling well every month. More than 8,549 customers purchased Tata Punch EV during the quarter.
Mahindra XUV 400 – Mahindra & Mahindra’s only electric SUV XUV 400 has sold over 3,886 units in the first quarter of this year 2024. Mahindra XUV 400 is packed with power and range as well as features.
MG Comet EV- The country’s cheapest electric car MG Comet EV sold 2,300 units in the January-March 2024 quarter. This car is also very much liked by the customers.
