Like the UP board, the CBSE board exam will now also be under the surveillance of CCTV cameras. In this regard, the Central Board of Secondary Education has issued an order, in which it has been said that it should be mandatory to install CCTV cameras in the examination halls. The Board will also keep its recording safe. CBSE 10th and 12th Board Exam 2025 will be conducted from 15th February.
The information issued by the CBSE to principals of all affiliated schools and heads of institutes said that the board examinations of class 10 and 12 will be held in the same room. Where CCTV camera facility will be available. It also mentions that if there is no fixed camera in the school, it will not be considered part of the examination venue for the students. This rule will be implemented in CBSE Board Exam 2025.
CBSE Board Exam 2025: How Many Students Will Appear?
According to the board, around 44 lakh students from across the country will appear in the 10th and 12th board exams to be held in 2025. CBSE schools have been asked to install high resolution cameras for the upcoming board exams, from where the exam can be monitored easily.
The recording of the exam hall will be kept for at least two months after the declaration of class 10 and 12 results. Camera footage will only be accessible by authorized personnel. The CBSE has mandated schools that cameras perform dynamic monitoring of specific areas or students with pan, tilt and zoom options.
CBSE Board Exam 2025 Time Table: When Date Sheet Released?
CBSE 10th and 12th Board Exam 2025 will be held from 15th February. According to media reports, CBSE may release the date sheet in the month of December. The time table for the practical examination will be issued separately by the board. The date sheet will be announced on the official website.
