A bus full of devotees has fallen into a roadside ditch in Jammu’s Akhnoor. So far 16 people have died in the bus accident while more than 28 people have been injured. The police reached the spot and rescued the injured and admitted them to the hospital. The accident was so horrific that the dead bodies were trapped in the bus, after which the rescue team pulled out the people with difficulty. Local people have also helped in the rescue operation.
According to information, the bus has fallen into a deep ditch on the side of a road in Chungi Madhya area of ​​Akhnoor. There were many devotees inside the bus. All the devotees traveling in the bus are said to be residents of Kurukshetra in Haryana and were going for darshan of Shiva Khori.
