A father committed suicide along with his four daughters in Delhi’s Rangpuri area. 50-year-old Heera Lal lived with his family in a rented house in Rangpuri area. He also had four daughters, all four were Winklang. Daughters could not go anywhere due to disability. Due to the death of Hira Lal’s wife, the responsibility of taking care of his daughters now fell on his shoulders. The incident took place on Friday in Delhi’s Rangpuri village, where a man committed suicide along with his four daughters by consuming poisonous substance. On receiving the information, the police broke the lock of the flat and took out the body. All four daughters could not walk due to disability. According to DCP Rohit Meena, the Vasant Kunj South Police has sent the bodies for post-mortem and started the investigation.

A dead body was found in the room
Hiralal, who worked as a carpenter at the Spinal Injury Hospital in Vasant Kunj, was responsible for taking care of the children. On Friday, a stench started coming from Hiralal’s flat. A man from a house on the other side of the road called the police to report the smell. When the Vasant Kunj South police reached the flat, people nearby said that the family had not been seen for several days. When the police broke the door in the presence of the house owner and others, a terrible stench started coming from inside. When the police entered the room, Hiralal’s body was lying on the bed in the first room. In another room, the bodies of the four daughters were lying on the bed.
What did the police say?
A team of FSL was called from the spot to collect evidence. According to sources involved in the investigation, the family committed suicide by consuming sulfas. The police have also found evidence in this matter. The police informed Hiralal’s elder brother Joginder, who lives in Delhi, about the incident. Although the police have not found the suicide note yet, the reason is believed to be the daughters’ disability.
