The princess will be pardoned or punished
Shahzadi, a resident of a village in Banda, Uttar Pradesh, will be hanged in Dubai. It was earlier scheduled to be given on September 21, but the plaintiff’s lawyer, Shabbir, father of the princess, has filed a mercy petition, on which the Dubai Supreme Court and the UAE administration and government have fixed September 29. On the 29th, a decision will be made whether the princess will be pardoned or executed. Divyang Shahzadi, a resident of Banda, UP, imprisoned in Abu Dhabi Jail, United Arab Emirates, UAE, will be hanged on September 21.
The UAE court fixed September 21 for the execution of the princess. The elderly parents of a death-sentenced princess have flown to Dubai in tears with Prime Minister Narendra Modi to save their daughter and are pleading for the death sentence to be commuted. The Government of India has filed a mercy petition there through the family members.
I fell in love with a guy I met on Facebook
Shehzadi, a resident of Mugli, Goira village of Mataundh Police Station, Banda, was working in Roti Bank, a social institution. Shehzadi came in contact with Uzair, a resident of Agra, through Facebook. The princess falls into the love trap of an alleged human trafficker. The princess’s face was burnt and Uzair called her to Agra for treatment. From there Faiz and Nadia, a couple from Agra and currently living in Dubai, made a deal with him and sent him to Dubai in the name of his treatment.
The princess worked as a servant in Dubai
There the princess had to work as a domestic servant and also suffered torture from Faiz and his wife. Meanwhile, Faiz’s 4-year-old son died during the illness. The couple living in Dubai accused the princess and arrested her. Four months ago, a Dubai court sentenced the princess to death for murdering a child. On this, the family of the princess filed a complaint in the Banda CJM Court and on the order of the court, a case was registered against the accused Uzair and the couple residing in Dubai. Also requested PM Modi to save the princess.
According to the family of the princess, the princess has been allowed to speak to her family in the Abu Dhabi jail and informed her father by phone and sent the court orders there, which revealed that on the 21st of this month. The execution of the princess was scheduled for September, but after a mercy plea filed by her father, the date has now been set for the 29th to decide whether to execute her or grant her mercy.
Appealed to save the daughter
While talking to her father over the phone, the aggrieved princess has sought help from social activists and political parties and said that she wants to expose her atrocities after being released from Abu Dhabi jail. Shabbir, father of the princess, told how his daughter was bought and sent to Dubai. She is then kept there as a nanny, tortured and these cruel people have accused her of murdering her own child and tasked her with execution.
The Indian government has jointly filed this mercy petition in Dubai, appealing to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to save his daughter from him. The date of which has been fixed by the father is 29th September. Now it remains to be seen whether the government pardons or executes the princess.
