Action by UP Police

The Uttar Pradesh Police, not known for prosecuting criminals, is in the headlines more for its strange activities. Sometimes he fires the bullet by holding it in his mouth, sometimes he makes a palm out of a mole. The latest case is from Badaun where the police have prepared a charge sheet against a person who died 8 years ago. When the incident came to light, the police began to peep nearby.

In October 2023, a video of killing a pair of snakes in Barayamay Kheda village of Uzani Kotwali went viral. In this video, a man from Rajpal village was killing a pair of snakes with a stick. Animal lover Vikendra Sharma filed a case against Rajpal at the Uzani police station based on the video of the incident.

Died in 2015

Inspector Mukesh Kumar investigated the case and a person named Jaspal was also made an accused in the investigation. Everyone was surprised when the hearing of this case started in the court. The court called the houses of all the accused in the case, to which Rajpal was shocked as his father Jaspal was also made an accused. He died in 2015 itself. The accused explained a lot to the police, but the police brushed it off by saying that he would tell the court what he wanted to say.

The accused complained

Accused Rajpal Maurya has filed a petition in the court in which he has leveled several serious allegations against the investigator Mukesh Kumar. His complaint has said that the entire incident is false and a case has been filed to implicate him. Also, the investigator sat in the police station and prepared the charge sheet without investigation. Accused Rajpal has requested the court to take strict action against the investigator Mukesh Kumar. Now that the matter has turned upside down, when we tried to know the side of the police, the police seems to be avoiding to say anything.
