On the other hand, people are losing faith in human power due to the fear of wolves. People now pray to God. For this, after Bahraich, the people of Sitapur have started a yajna for protection from wolves. Here all the people of the village gathered in the Ganesh Puja pandal and offered prasad to the deities. A banner was also put up in the Puja pandal on this occasion. The banner read that a day of special worship should be observed for protection from man-eating wolves. During this time Lord Ganesha was worshiped and requested for protection from wolves.
