The fight is not personal
Asked about differences between VK Saxena and Arvind Kejriwal, Saurabh said it was not a personal matter, but a fight over the rights of the elected chief minister with the appointed lieutenant governor. Any lieutenant governor would not have allowed your chief minister to work. Earlier lieutenant governors used to do the same. The BJP government is adopting this model across the country, be it Delhi, Bengal, Punjab or Kerala. Governors everywhere have been instructed not to allow an elected government to function.
The central government has ordered the lieutenant governor that the Delhi government should not be allowed to function. Incompetent officers are placed in good posts, and capable officers are removed. So it is clear that the central government does not want any work to be done in Delhi.
