Both son and mother died

In Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, a husband and wife quarreled over son’s scholarship money being deducted from the motorcycle installment. After the fight, the young man was so injured that he drank poison. After the youth’s condition deteriorated, his mother also drank poison in grief. The incident was reported to 112 immediately. After which the police reached the spot and admitted the woman’s husband and mother-in-law in CSC in critical condition but the doctors declared both brought dead.

65-year-old Jasoda and her son Sompal, residents of village Dhanur Jagir in Kyoladia police station area of ​​Bareilly, died of poisoning. Villagers said that Jasoda’s son Sompal’s daughter Lajjavati studies in the village’s primary school. The daughter received a scholarship of 1200 rupees from the government. This scholarship came to Sompal’s account. The scholarship amount was deducted from the installment of the motorcycle. There was an argument between husband and wife regarding this matter.

Consumed poison during the fight

The wife started beating her husband. During a quarrel between Sompal and his wife, Sompal had consumed some poisonous substance. After this Sompal started having unbearable stomach pain and started screaming in pain. Seeing his health deteriorating, his mother also consumed the poisonous substance. As the condition of both deteriorated, the villagers immediately informed the police. Calling the police, the police took the duo to CSC in Nawabganj and admitted them.

Soon the doctors declared the mother and son dead. After the death of both, there is chaos in the house. The police have taken the bodies of both in their possession and sent them for postmortem and the police are investigating the whole matter.

There were fights every day

The villagers say that there used to be quarrels between husband and wife over some issue. The youth’s mother, Jashoda, had two sons, the elder of whom died 10 years ago. The daughter of the deceased Sompal is crying. In the whole matter Nawabganj police say that post mortem is being done after taking the dead bodies of both in their custody. No complaint has been received from anyone yet. If a complaint is received, a report will be filed.
