Why was Prafull Patel angry with AAP MP Sanjay Singh in Rajya Sabha?

While participating in the debate on the motion of thanks on the President’s address, there was a heated debate between Praful Patel and Sanjay Singh. During Sanjay Singh’s speech Prafull Patel suddenly got up from his seat and said Sanjay Bhai you are sitting here to defame us and Congress. However, Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar tried to stop him on the issue. But still he continued to speak.

Interrupted by the Chairman, Prafull Patel said that our party and one of our party leaders have been named, so we have to respond. In fact Chhagan Bhujbal, the accused in the 70 thousand crore irrigation scam, has joined the BJP. Raising this issue in the House, Sanjay Singh said that the Prime Minister has said that he will not spare a single corrupt person. But we see all corrupt people have joined BJP. From here a fierce fight started between the two.

Made an issue of small things

Nationalist Congress Party leader Prafull Patel said on Monday that members of the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party had made minor issues such as constitutional changes and removal of reservations an issue in the Lok Sabha elections. There was no truth in this. Participating in the debate on the motion of thanks on the President’s address, Patel also said that the people of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) have failed to counter the opposition’s claims effectively.

Shiv Sena’s Priyanka Chaturvedi expressed objection

Shiv Sena’s Priyanka Chaturvedi objected to this saying something small, but Patel stood his ground. And he said yes, it was a small thing because there was no truth in it. So it was a small matter. He said that no one can touch the constitution nor can it ever be changed. In the Lok Sabha where more than 100 MPs are elected from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, will they support taking away their rights? Naming Leader of the House JP Nadda, Patel said, “We have not been able to counter these claims as effectively as we should have done in the Lok Sabha elections.”
