The notice also said that the change of advertisement without permission by DIP Secretary and Director is being done in violation of GNCTD Act, Article 239AA of the Constitution, Supreme Court judgment dated July 4, 2018 and All India Services (Conduct). ) Rules, 1968. is a clear violation of the relevant rules.
