Noida’s Garden Galleria Mall is back in the limelight. The firing took place due to a dispute between two parties here. The police have arrested three accused, including a BJP leader, on the charge of firing. Police have seized the illegal pistol used in the firing. The BJP leader who spread terror by firing is the son of the former chairman of Bulandshahr’s Khurja Municipality.

The Garden Galleria Mall located in Sector-38 A has faced many controversies before. In the year 2022, he was beaten up by a bouncer in a drinking dispute at the mall’s Lost Lemon bar. In the month of July, two policemen opened fire in the mall and created a ruckus. A case of supplying drugs to a bar in the mall has also come to light. The case of molestation of girls in the mall also came to light. Now once again the commotion has spread due to firing in the mall. The police arrested the accused who fired and registered a case against them in Sector-39 police station.

Dance Controversy

According to Noida Police, Sanchit Bansal of Khurja came to Oscar Bar in Garden Galleria Mall along with two of his friends on Sunday night. Nithari resident Amit Kumar was present here along with his two other friends. Sanchit and Amit got into a fight while dancing at around 11 pm. Drunken Sanchit along with his friends abused them. Bouncers reached the spot after hearing the commotion and threw both of them out of the bar.

Shots fired in the parking lot

Meanwhile, both parties reached to take out their respective vehicles from the parking lot. Seeing Amit, Sanchit took out a pistol from his car and fired at him. Amit informed the police. The police arrested Sanchit and his accomplices. All the three accused are residents of Khurja. The pistol used in the firing has been recovered from him. The main accused Sanchit Bansal is the treasurer of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha’s Meerut unit.
