Chhagan Bhujbal suddenly reached Sharad Pawar’s residence today to meet him.

NCP Ajit group leader Chhagan Bhujbal suddenly came to meet Sharad Pawar today. Various speculations are being made in the political circles of Maharashtra after both the meetings. Assembly elections are due in the state by the end of this year, so naturally different meanings will be drawn from this seat. But what was the need of Chhagal Bhujbal, who betrayed Sharad Pawar and joined Ajit’s group almost a year ago, to go to Sharad Pawar’s house without taking an appointment.

In fact, as much as there is a discussion about the agenda of this meeting, why did Sharad Pawar make Chhagan Bhujbal wait for almost one and a half hours? However, Chhagan Bhujbal has said in his statement that Sharad Pawar’s health was not good and Pawar was sleeping when he reached Silver Oak (Sharad Pawar’s residence). But in politics it is very difficult to digest these things so easily. Sometimes the small hints seen in political meetings are giving big hints.

What did Supriya Sule say about the meeting?

When daughter Supriya Sule was asked about Sharad Pawar and Chhagan Bhujbal’s meeting, she expressed her surprise. Supriya Sule said, “I am in Pune now and I have no information about this meeting at the moment.” He said that it is no one’s personal decision who joins the party. Everyone in the party will sit together and decide to take someone back into the party.

Why did Bhujbal suddenly reach Sharad Pawar’s house?

A day ago on Sunday, Chhagan Bhujbal took a fierce target on Sharad Pawar. In Baramati, he accused Sharad Pawar of inciting people over Maratha reservation, but within 24 hours, Bhujbal reached Sharad Pawar’s house to appeal for cooperation in the matter, that too without being visited. If the reason for Bhujbal’s meeting with Sharad Pawar was the issue of Maratha reservation, the question is whether Bhujbal could not have waited for the meeting?

What did Chhagan Bhujbal say after the meeting?

Chhagan Bhujbal, who returned after meeting Sharad Pawar, has said that the issue of reservation was discussed between the two. Bhujbal said that Sharad Pawar is a big leader of the state. There has been a discussion on maintaining law and order in the state regarding the Maratha reservation. Bhujbal has said that Sharad Pawar has agreed to discuss the issue. Bhujbal said, “I have no need for ministerial post or MLA post, I just want peace in the state, that’s why I met him today.” Bhujbal has appealed to Sharad Paravan to support the ruling party on the reservation issue, after which he expressed his confidence to talk to CM Eknath Shinde.

How did the Maratha reservation increase the problems?

Maratha leader Manoj Jarange, who has been demanding Maratha reservation, is once again going on an indefinite fast from July 20. They demand that OBC certificate be given to all Kunbis (farmers) under Maratha reservation. But OBC class leaders are protesting about this. Chhagan Bhujbal is considered a big leader of OBC class in Maharashtra. In such a situation, this whole controversy may damage his image and may suffer the consequences in the elections.

Current status of Maharashtra Assembly

In the 288-seat Maharashtra Assembly, the BJP has the highest 103 seats. The NCP is divided into two camps, the Ajit group has 40 MLAs while the Sharad group has 12 MLAs. Shiv Sena (Shinde group) has 38 MLAs while Congress has 37 MLAs. While Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena (UBT) has 18 MLAs in the assembly. The remaining seats are held by other and smaller parties. In such a situation, this meeting is being considered very important regarding the assembly elections to be held after a few months.
