Public Resources and In-charge Minister Tulsi Silawat, who was on a visit to Madhya Pradesh’s Burhanpur, was besieged by Ganesha devotees after stopping her convoy in Shahpur. Ganesha devotees are demanding that despite the BJP government at the Center and Madhya Pradesh, why DJs are not allowed to play during Ganesha Utsav and Ganesh Visaran ceremonies. Ganesha devotees seemed very upset with the decision and the minister in charge of water resources and Tulsi Silawat had to face their displeasure. After this, seeing the displeasure of Ganesh devotees, Water Resources and In-charge Minister Tulsi Silawat sat on the ground and raised slogans of Ganpati Bappa Moriah. After this, he somehow convinced the Ganesha devotees and pacified the people.
Water Resources and In-charge Minister Tulsi Silawat arrived on her stay at Burhanpur in Madhya Pradesh, during which she participated in various meetings at the Collector’s office. On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendrabhai Modi’s birthday, Seva Pakhwada, which is being run by the district BJP, is going to be organized for 16 consecutive days and various types of programs are going to be organized in it, under which the in-charge minister Shri P. Resource and in-charge reached Silawat to inspect blood donation camp at Tulsi District Hospital.
Devotees stopped Jalsampath’s convoy
When the convoy of Water Resources and In-charge Minister Tulsi Silawat reached the community health center in Shahpur, it was surrounded by Ganesha devotees. Meanwhile, MP Dyaneshwar Patil, BJP state spokesperson and Burhanpur MLA Archana Chitnis, Nepanagar MLA Manju Dadu and district president of BJP were present in his convoy. Ganesha devotees said that on the lines of Maharashtra Ganesh festival is also celebrated in Burhanpur with much fanfare as the district is a border district of Maharashtra, hence DJ should have been allowed to play during Ganesh festival and Ganesh Visharan ceremony here, but instead of giving permission, the district administration allowed the DJ. Action was taken against the operators and later some were booked and their DJs were confiscated. Annoyed by this, Ganesha devotees said that we cannot celebrate Ganesh Utsav with pomp even though there is a BJP government in the Center and Madhya Pradesh.
Angry devotees demanded that the DJ play
Angry Ganesh devotees lashed out at Water Resources and In-charge Minister Tulsi Silawat and demanded immediate permission. Seeing the situation getting worse, Tulsi Silawat sat in the courtyard of the community health center with the Ganesh devotees and raised slogans of Ganpati Bappa Moria and somehow handled the situation and explained the situation to the Ganesh devotees and said that I will discuss this with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and in the coming time you will celebrate Ganesh Utsav with pomp.
