Disturbed by his wife, the husband reached the court
Fed up with his wife’s wasteful spending, the husband went to court in Uttar Pradesh’s Greater Noida. According to the husband, his wife always demands more than the salary and even threatens to go to the police station if it is not met. The husband alleges that he has been bearing all this for a long time.
In the complaint, the police said that his wife and her family members beat him several times. He was suffering from this torture for a long time. Eventually he got upset and filed an FIR against five people including his wife and her family members. The police are investigating the matter.
Cash and jewelery were taken from the house
The aggrieved youth alleged that he was facing a lot of trouble in spending when his wife’s unnecessary expenses increased. In such a situation he is not able to fulfill his demand. The wife came with her family and they all beat her. It wasn’t just about fighting. The husband said that the in-laws took away all the jewelery and cash from the house.
Threat of litigation
Deepak, in his wife’s complaint, said that he tortures her mentally and physically to fulfill his unnecessary demands. He fights for this every day. After the conversation, the wife kept threatening to implicate him in the case. Hence he had to resort to the court himself.
He was forced to go to court
Deepak said that he had earlier lodged a complaint against his wife at the police station, but the police did not take any action in the matter. Hence, Deepak had to knock on the door of the court. Following the court’s order, an FIR was lodged against 5 people including the wife and her family members at Beta-2 police station.
