Assembly elections are proposed in Haryana later this year. Political activities and speculations regarding the assembly elections have gained momentum. Congress Haryana in-charge general secretary Deepak Babria has disclosed about the face of the party’s chief minister in the assembly elections. He clearly said that the party will not announce the chief ministerial face for the assembly elections. Along with this, he claimed that the Congress will form the government by getting a majority in the assembly elections.

Deepak Babria said that the party will not announce anyone as the CM face in the elections. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has announced to contest elections under the leadership of Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini at the expanded state executive meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Panchkula on Saturday. Asked that, Babria clearly said that nothing like this happens in the Congress party.

To a question on senior Congress leader Kumari Selja’s criticism, he said that there is democracy in the party and in democracy everyone has the right to ask their questions. Let us tell you that Congress had fielded its candidates on nine Lok Sabha seats in Haryana. It won five seats, while the Aam Aadmi Party lost the Kurukshetra seat.
