The STF claims that the paper was leaked from the warehouse of Agutest Company in Ahmedabad. The STF wants to question the company’s managing director Vineet Arya in this matter. But he has gone to America. STF has sent several notices to him.

But the biggest question is on whose instructions the edu test company was entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the exam. This company was already blacklisted in Bihar. The Bihar School Examination Board blacklisted him on 20 October 2023. The company was blacklisted for three years. This company organized recruitment exam for teachers in secondary schools. In which big irregularities were exposed. It is said that 5 thousand 657 candidates passed despite not getting the required marks.
UP Police has formed a task force
The UP Police Recruitment Board has started re-conducting the canceled constable exam. A task force has been formed to probe the entire matter. The Police Recruitment Board has also decided to blacklist the company that carried the papers from the printing press to the exam center in the last exam.
Last time during the examination this contract was given to Transport Corporation of India i.e. TCI. It was decided that no further work would be given to this organization. The STF probing the paper leak case has also arrested two employees of TCI. Abhishek Shukla and Rohit previously worked in Ahmedabad. Currently both are lodged in Meerut Jail.
Paper leak has become an issue in the Lok Sabha elections
Paper leak was a big issue in this Lok Sabha election. There is also anger among the youth after the cancellation of the constable exam. Last week, the UP government released new guidelines regarding competitive exams. Now the exam will not be conducted by any single agency. At least four agencies will be hired for this. One agency will get the job of printing the question paper and another agency will get it.
Similarly, someone else will be responsible for taking the paper to the exam center. Hence the Police Recruitment Board will now select four agencies through tender. This time it has been decided to start examination centers only in government institutions.
The old name of Edu Test Company was Confisec Private Limited. In the year 2017, the Bihar Staff Selection Commission exam paper was leaked. Confisec director Vineet Arya, who printed the paper, was arrested by the Bihar police.
