Naveen Delvin: Naveen Delvin, 28, died due to flooding in the basement of the coaching centre. He was a resident of Ernakulam, Kerala. His body was the last body recovered from the basement. Firefighters recovered his body late Saturday night. There is mourning at his home in Kerala.

How did the basement of the coaching center get flooded?

According to the report, the library running in the basement of the coaching center building was built illegally. It can accommodate up to 150 students at a time. Many students were inside the library when it flooded.

The building was built on a slope and police said that could be a major reason why water entered the building so quickly. Some blamed sewer overflows for the basement flooding, but that is still under investigation.

Officials said that the gate of the building was broken due to the flow of water. The Delhi government has ordered a magistrate to investigate the accident and Delhi politics has heated up over this. The BJP has been attacking the Kejriwal government in Delhi and accusing it of negligence.
