A case of murder will be filed against the policemen and officials involved in the Anandpal encounter
The case of Rajasthan’s notorious gangster Anand Pal encounter is once again in the news. The ACJM CBI court has termed the encounter on 24 June 2017 as not an encounter but a murder. Due to which now a case of murder will be filed against 7 policemen involved in this encounter. There has been an uproar in the police department in this whole matter. The ACJM CBI court has also made an SP, ASP and DSP accused in this case.
Apart from three police officers, four policemen will also be charged with murder. In such a situation, the biggest question that arises is where are all these police officers and policemen stationed? The biggest name in this list is that of IPS Rahul Barhat. Rahul Barhat is a 2017 batch IPS officer. Rahul Barhat was posted as Churu SP during Anand Pal’s encounter. Apart from Baharat Churu, Rahul, who has a distinct identity for his domineering image, has also been SP in places like Jalore, Barmer, Jhalawar in Rajasthan. They are also posted in Jaipur and Jodhpur Commissionerates. Currently, Rahul Barhat works as a Migrant Guardian at Mumbai Airport.
Which is the second largest name
Another big name in the Anand Pal encounter is Vidya Prakash, Vidya Prakash is a promoted Deputy Superintendent. He became Sub Inspector in 1993. Vidya Prakash is a resident of Piparali in Sikar district. These days, Vidya Prakash is on the post of Additional SP in Jaipur’s anti-gangster force. Vidya Prakash has previously held the post of CO in places like Kuchman Didwana and Jaipur Rural. Vidya Prakash was Deputy Superintendent of Police of Kuchman Circle when Anand Pal’s encounter took place.
This is the third officer
The third big name in the Anandpal encounter case is Surya Pal Singh Rathore. Currently, Surya Pal Singh Rathore is posted as Deputy SP in Banswara. At the time of Anand Pal’s encounter, Surya Pal was posted as an inspector in SOG. Surya Prakash joined the police force in 1996. Recruitment was done on the post of Sub Inspector. Surya Pal Singh is mostly posted in Jaipur Commissionerate. Surya Pal Singh is a resident of Kekari. Apart from him, a case has also been registered against RAC Head Constable Kailash, Constable Dharamveer, Sohan Singh and Dharampal.
