Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar unveiled and inaugurated the stone slab of the ancient Ma Vishara Bhagwati Temple located in Gram Panchayat Diwari of Kahra block in Saharsa. After the inauguration, the Chief Minister offered prayers at the temple and prayed for the happiness, peace and prosperity of the state. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister said that now every year the Vishar Bhagwati Temple Festival will be organized here by the Tourism Department.
The Chief Minister visited the ancient Ma Vishara Bhagwati temple premises and reviewed the development works. The Chief Minister planted trees in the temple premises and released fish seeds in the pond in the temple premises. The Chief Minister said that the beautification of the temple complex has been done better. Now the devotees coming here will not have to face any kind of discomfort, they will feel better after coming here.
High level RCC bridge over river Kosi
The Chief Minister also unveiled the foundation stones of various departmental schemes at Gram Panchayat Amarpur in Kahra Block and laid the foundation stone. The Chief Minister has announced Rs. 414.74 crores unveiled the foundation stone of the high-rise RCC bridge construction work. Besides, he also unveiled a plaque and in Saharsa district Rs. He also laid the foundation stone of the model police station building to be constructed at a cost of 5.67 crores.
Instructions for making a stepped ghat on the bank of the lake
Under the Jal-Jivan-Hariyali Abhiyan, the Chief Minister also inaugurated the digging work of the government lake near the Amarpur Panchayat Government Building by unveiling a stone plaque. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister also released fish cumin in the lake. Instructing the officials, the Chief Minister said that a stepped ghat should be built on the banks of this government lake and dense plantation should be done around it. He said that we have renovated and beautified government lakes through Jal-Jiwan-Hariyali Abhiyan.

During the programme, the Chief Minister visited the exhibitions put up by various departments. During the observation, the Chief Minister presented token checks of Chief Minister Special Assistance Scheme, Chief Minister Integrated Thieves Development Scheme, Chief Minister Lake Fisheries Development Scheme and Chief Minister Block Transport Scheme to the beneficiaries. The Chief Minister has given Rs.1738 to 1738 livelihood-dependent self-help groups. 62 crore 43 lakh token check, 306 target families under Sustainable Livelihood Scheme Rs. A token check of 1 crore 12 lakh 57 thousand was presented to Jeevika Didi.
