Full preparations have been made to open a village court in the village Mandar of capital Ranchi. Which will be inaugurated by the Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court. A village court will also have a judicial magistrate and a lawyer.

With the opening of the Gram Nyayalaya in Mandar village, not only Mandar but people of 19 panchayats of Mandar block including Chanho, Bedo, Khalari, Itki, Ratu in the area will not need to travel to the city for justice. They will be able to get justice soon in their area. The establishment of Gram Nyayalaya will also provide a lot of convenience to the police stations in these areas and will save time in the prompt disposal of any case.

All this will happen in the village court

Judicial Magistrate will sit in the village court of Mandar, lawyers will also be present here and all types of cases will be heard. The gram court will also have record room, mediation room and PLV room. The village court building of Mandar is completely ready. Jharkhand High Court Chief Justice Vidyut Ranjan Sarangi will inaugurate it on July 13 or 14. In this regard, Ranchi District Judge Diwakar Pandey and Dalsa Secretary Kamlesh Behera have also inspected the building.

For immediate justice, village courts are being opened

Due to the increasing number of cases in district courts, to provide speedy justice to people living in rural areas, Gram Nyayalaya is a village level court which works to provide cheap and speedy justice to the citizens living there. their doors. For this, Gram Nyayalaya has been constituted. These village courts are presided over by a judicial officer, known as the Nidhidhikar. Who have been appointed under Section 5 of the Village Courts Act, 2008.

Village Court will be second

The Gram Court to be opened in Mandar, Ranchi is the second village court in Jharkhand. The first Gram Nyayalaya was opened on February 27, 2016 at Jhumritaya in Koderma district of the state. Jharkhand High Court Judge Prashant Kumar inaugurated it at that time. Villagers will get great facility for justice with the opening of Gram Nyayalaya.
