Team India has finally won the T20 World Cup title. Team India was struggling for the title for the last one month. There was curiosity about whether the name would be inscribed on the title or not. Finally, Team India has ended the 11-year drought by winning the title. Team India won the toss and decided to bat first. Team India scored 176 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs and challenged 177 runs to win. But the South African team could only score 169 runs and India won by 7 runs. Suryakumar Yadav’s catch was the turning point in this match. When 16 runs were needed from 6 balls, David Miller hit a huge six on the very first ball. But Suryakumar Yadav did not make any mistake on the boundary and took a brilliant catch.
If Suryakumar Yadav had made even a slight mistake in catching this catch, the dream of the World Cup would have been shattered. But it has to be said that if Surya is there then it is possible. Hardik Pandya bowled a wide full toss on the very first ball. This time David Miller missed and the ball went up. I thought it was going to be a six. But Surya came under that ball and caught it. He threw the ball inside before it went to the boundary and caught it again. Due to this catch, the entire match tilted in India’s favor.
