Now the video of this incident is going viral on social media. Later even after reaching Varanasi, passengers complained about this to the airlines authority. Passengers traveling on the flight alleged that despite complaining to the administration, no action was taken.

When all the passengers became uncomfortable due to the humidity and heat in the airlines, their anger was vented on the airline staff. “We are mad that we are repeatedly asking for AC repair, the passengers said they have made a joke of our lives,” said a person present on the flight. Suffocation started due to AC switching off
Some people started suffocating due to AC shutdown in this Indigo flight. He started having trouble breathing. Some women and children started fainting due to lack of proper oxygen inside the flight, who were later hospitalized. Everyone is very upset with this inconvenience caused to passengers in airlines.
