Police pulling the body out of the drain

The body of the son of a sub-inspector posted in Uttar Pradesh’s Shahjahanpur was found in a drain near Mini Bypass in Bareilly on Sunday. Inspector’s son Aman was missing for two days. Aman’s mother has held Aman’s partner Rajeev Rana responsible for the incident. He has also accused the police of negligence in this matter. Said, the complaint was given two days ago, but the police remained inactive. On the other hand, the police have expressed the apprehension that Aman may have fallen into the drain in a state of intoxication and due to this he may have died.

Now the police is waiting for the post mortem report for further investigation in the case. According to Ijjatnagar Kotwal Inspector Radheshyam, Inspector Sunil, posted in Shahjahanpur district, has married twice, while his second wife lives here in Bareilly. Aman was the son of this second wife. He said that Aman was drunk at the time of the incident. It is suspected that he sat on the edge of the drain for a while, during which he lost his balance and fell into the drain to his death.

The body was identified through Aadhaar card

Local people saw the dead body in the drain at 4 pm on Sunday and informed the police. After this, the police seized the body and sent it for postmortem. According to Kotwal, the Aadhaar card was found in his pant pocket during the autopsy. He was identified through this Aadhaar card and his family members were informed. On the other hand, family members said that Aman was working in property in partnership. His partner Rajeev Rana has gone to jail in the June 6 shooting incident on Pilibhit Bypass.

In the CCTV footage, Aman is seen with Mitra

He committed this crime with the advice of one of his gang members. Aman’s mother has also filed a complaint against 5 unknown people in this incident.
