Famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav reached the ED (Enforcement Directorate) office in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow on Tuesday. The ED had summoned him in a money laundering case linked to snake venom. Here he was interrogated for about 7 hours. Even before this, the ED had called him to join the inquiry. At that time Elvis himself mentioned being abroad.
Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida police on March 17 in a case related to snake poisoning. The charge sheet was also presented. Based on that, ED registered a case of money laundering. The ED questioned him at length on Tuesday. ED also sought some documents from him. Now on 30th ED has again called Elvish to join the inquiry.
ED has also questioned singer Rahul Fazilpuria
ED registered the case in May. Singer Rahul is related to Elvish Yadav. The ED is investigating the use of illegal money and proceeds of crime to organize drug parties.
Accused of using snake venom to get drunk at parties
Elvish Yadav is alleged to have used snake venom to get drunk at organized parties. In April, the Noida police filed a 1,200-page charge sheet in the case.
What is the whole matter?
In November last year, the police arrested five people from Noida. It included Rahul, Titunath, Jai Karan, Narayan and Ravinath. The police recovered several types of snakes and snake venom from them. During the investigation it was found that snake venom was used in rave parties.
The accused also revealed during interrogation that drugs made from poison were also used in Elvish parties. After this, the police also registered a case against Elvish.
