Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called a meeting of all his ministers on Saturday. This meeting is going to be held at a time when the BJP has got less seats in UP in the Lok Sabha elections. The meeting will be held at 11 am in the Lok Bhavan and all the ministers have been asked to attend. It is being said that the working of UP will also be discussed in this meeting.

The meeting will discuss speeding up work across the state and departments and solving problems based on feedback received from the public. Special discussion will be given on power crisis. According to sources, BJP has got less votes in many ministerial constituencies, this can also be discussed. CM Yogi was in Delhi on Friday and also attended the BJP-NDA meeting.

BJP has suffered a setback in UP

BJP has suffered a big blow in this Lok Sabha election. The BJP, which secured a majority on its own in the 2019 elections, is far away from the figure of 272 this time. Talking about the election results, this time BJP has ended up with 240 seats. It is a relief that the NDA managed to cross the mark of 272 and its share got 293 seats.

Only 33 seats in UP

If we talk about Uttar Pradesh alone, it is the largest state in terms of seats. There are 80 Lok Sabha seats here, but BJP has suffered a big loss in this election. BJP has got only 33 seats in UP. It means that BJP has lost 29 seats directly in UP. On the other hand, the performance of the opposition Samajwadi Party in the state has improved. SP, which won 5 seats in UP in the last election, has 37 seats this time.

Elections can also be discussed

In such a situation, there is a possibility that Yogi Adityanath’s meeting tomorrow will also discuss the election. Leaders and ministers may also be questioned about the reasons behind the decrease in seats. In this meeting, an attempt will also be made to find out what was the displeasure of the public.
