Samajwadi Party MLA Irfan Solanki from UP’s Kanpur has received a big shock. On Thursday, the court held him guilty of setting fire to a woman’s house. The court announced its verdict on Friday. In which Irfan has been sentenced to seven years. Now his membership of the assembly may also end.

This case is 2 years old. A woman resident of Defense Colony, Jajmau alleged that five people, including Sismau MLA Irfan Solanki, set her house on fire. After the accusation of the woman, the matter gained more momentum. From Kanpur to the state capital, the political upheaval increased. After this, an FIR was registered against Irfan and others.
