Aryan Mishra’s father’s question – Who gave him the right to kill?
The case of Aryan murder in Haryana’s Faridabad, adjacent to the national capital Delhi, has become very complicated. 13 days have passed since the incident, but still there are no answers to the questions raised since the first day. For example, who killed Aryan? Why kill Aryan? When the first shot resulted in death, what was the need to fire the second shot? Why didn’t anyone else in the car even get a scratch in this incident? Is there personal enmity behind this incident and an attempt is being made to make it an alleged form of cow trafficking?
Tired of asking all these questions to the police, Aryan’s father met the accused in jail. The same questions were also asked to him, but the accused remained silent. Here we will try to explore these questions afresh. Aryan Mishra’s father Siyanand Mishra lived here in a rented house. He stated that he had lent Rs 4 lakh 15 thousand to the landlord. His son Aryan also lent him 25 thousand rupees. He had been asking for his money for the past six months. He suspected that the landlord himself might have killed Aryan to save him from paying the loan.
Five people were sitting in the car
The reasoning behind it was that it was 1 am, at which time Harshit, son of the house owner, had called Aryan and asked him to go for Maggi. Harshit himself was driving the car, while his criminal brother Shanki, who is booked for arms smuggling and attempt to murder and is wanted by the police, was sitting behind with his mother and another woman. After this, when alleged cow vigilantes attacked his car in Sector 21B, Harshit drove the car towards Palwal.

After the death of Aryan, there was another bullet
After crossing the toll, the accused first shot Aryan in the moving vehicle. He was shot in the head and collapsed on the dash board. After this Harshit stopped the car and everyone got out of the car. In the meantime, the accused also reached there and left everyone behind and shot Aryan twice in the shoulder. According to Aryan’s father Siyanand Mishra, the whole incident does not seem normal. This incident itself shows that there is a big conspiracy behind this incident.
The accused also maintained silence
Aryan’s father Siyanand Mishra has met the inspector, ACP and DCP several times regarding the queries arising from the incident, but till date he has not received any reply. In this order he reached to meet the accused on Wednesday. He was also asked the same question that why his son was shot? In response to this, accused Anil Kaushik said that he fired thinking that he was a Muslim cow smuggler. He did not know that he was killing a Brahmin. After this, Aryan’s father met the doctor. Ask them questions too. The doctor told him that Aryan died in the first shot. He had injury marks on his forehead after hitting the dashboard after being shot in the head. However, he also could not explain why he was shot again despite being dead.
The accused wanted death at any cost
Aryan’s father termed the matter as personal enmity and termed betel nut murder. He said that the accused wants the death of Aryan at any cost. So, when Aryan turned on the dashboard after the first shot, the accused thought that he might not survive, so they fired another shot at his shoulder. The police and Aryan’s father said that Anil Kaushik was the shooter who fired at Aryan. He aimed precisely at the moving vehicle. While chasing Aryan’s car, he fired from a distance and the bullet hit accurately. While in such circumstances the target would have been missed and the bullet could have hit Harshit or even his mother sitting in the back seat.
