Udaipur: Fake note factory opened to get rich soon, lakhs of rupees are printed

Rajasthan’s Udaipur police have arrested four accused for printing fake notes from a rented house. From him Rs. 26.50 lakh fake notes have been found. The accused also gave fake notes of 10 lakh 20 thousand rupees to some of the accused in Ratlam. The police also found those fake notes. In this case, the police have arrested seven accused and seized fake notes worth Rs 36 lakh 70 thousand and some equipment including a printer from their possession.

Explaining the matter, SP Yogesh Goyal said that Banwari Lal and Shankar Lal, constables of Pratap Nagar police station in Udaipur, received information about making fake notes. Acting on this, he informed the police station officer Bharat Yogi. The police team reached the house of Kanode, a resident of Prakash Lakhara, in Vaishali Nagar near Debari. While renting, Raunak Ratalia and Rahul Lohar used to make fake notes in another house. The police team has arrested Rahul Lohar, Raunak Ratalia and Ajay Bharti with fake notes worth 26 lakh 50 thousand.

The main accused Rahul Lohar during the police interrogation said that fake notes of 10 lakh 20 thousand rupees were given to some youths of Ratlam for circulation. On which the police team reached Ratlam and arrested Lakhan alias Kalu Malviya, Shahjad Shah, Sameer Mansoori and fake notes of Rs 10 lakh 20 thousand were also recovered from their possession.

Police also reached Bhilwara

Police said that on the information of the accused, the police arrested Bablu alias Sameer Jat of Bhilwara. SP Goyal said that prime accused Rahul Lohar said during police interrogation that he wanted to be rich from the beginning, so he told the false story of working in the merchant navy to his family members even at his home. To fulfill his ambition, Rahul started meeting people who started counterfeiting business. Rahul met Ganesh Lal, a resident of Bhilwara. He himself was deceiving people.

How did you learn to print counterfeit notes?

After meeting Ganesh Lal, Rahul devised a plan to make counterfeit notes and started setting up the equipment used for making counterfeit notes, including a printing machine, color printer, bank note paper sheets and many other equipments in a friend’s rented house. Rahul was arrested by the police before he wanted to bring the raided notes to the market.

Accused Rahul said that for this he adopted many ways and was also planning to kidnap a famous doctor and collect ransom. For this he also made a plan to kidnap her along with his friends but before that the police arrested him and now the police are interrogating the accused.
