The popular TV show Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma has been mired in controversies for one reason or another. Now once again this TV show is in controversy. Reports are saying that Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma producer Asit Modi is going to take legal action against Pal Sindhwani, who plays Sonu Bhide in the show. They allege that Palak breached the exclusivity contract. Palak Sindhwani replaced Nidhi Bhanushali some time ago and she was playing the role of Sonu Bhide in this TV show.
A TOI report states that Neela Telefilms will send a notice to Palak for breach of contract terms. However, Palak has denied these reports amid all the reports.
What is the allegation on Palak?
The makers allege that Palak does third party endorsements. And no approval from the production house has been taken before this. The report claims that the makers had warned Palak about the same earlier. However, now the makers are preparing to issue a legal notice on Palak’s move.

Palak has reacted to the news of the notice from the makers. Palak told TOI that he had not received any legal notice. Talking to Money Control, Palak Sindhwani said, “This is a rumour. I have not violated any contract. I am shooting the Tarak Mehta show tomorrow, 7 am shift. I did not receive any legal notice.
Palak said that he has spoken to the producer about the news. He said, “I have informed them about this fake news. I told him that this news is affecting my mental health. I am shooting back to back for Tarak Mehta’s Ganapati sequence. I have appealed to him to look into the matter at the earliest and remove the misunderstanding.
Palak said I am trying to know. This is worrying, but the truth will come out. She said, “I want to talk more about this, but first I want to talk to the producer or his legal team. He will meet me on Monday.

This is not the first time when the cast of Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma has been in controversy. Such matters have come to light many times before.
