After saying goodbye to ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma’ in 2017, Bhavi Gandhi turned to Gujarati films. Bhavi started his film career with the Gujarati film ‘Pappa Nahi Nahi Samge’. After this film, he showed his acting skills in several Gujarati films like Baap Dhamaal Dikro Kamal, Bau Na Vich, Tari Saathi, Kahavatlal Parivar. He has also received many awards for his acting.
9 months notice period at 10 years
Recently, Bhavi Gandhi said in an interview that, at the age of 10, he served a 9-month notice period before saying goodbye to ‘Taarak Mehta…’. He said that he is very worried about his future. Worries about personal development did not let him sleep peacefully and because of that he ‘Tarak Mehta…’ Decided to quit the famous show. Usually, before leaving any show, the actor is informed to give a three-month notice period to the production. But due to his confusion, Bhavya worked with the show for full 9 months.

3 actors have played the role of Tappu
Bhavya was succeeded by Raj Undukt. Raj was with the show for 5 years. After 5 years, Raj also decided to quit the show citing his personal growth. After Raj’s departure in the year 2022, Nitish Bhulani was chosen for the role of Tappu. Nitish is the third tappu of this show.
