According to the complaint filed by the 15-year-old victim, alleged SP leader Nawab Singh Yadav called her to Chaudhary Chandan Singh Mahavidyalaya on the pretext of getting her a job in Medical College, Tirwa. The victim reached the college with her aunt at 11 pm. During the conversation, when her aunt went out, Nawab Singh started making lewd gestures with the victim, then Nawab Singh stopped when the aunt came in… The girl informed the police through her aunt’s phone and the police came immediately. In the video recorded by the police, Nawab Singh is seen sleeping on the bed.

After the complaint of the victim came up, many questions have started to arise. The most important question is how a 15-year-old girl gets a job in a medical college? And why did the victim go to Nawab Singh Yadav’s college Chaudhary Chandansingh Mahavidyalaya with her aunt at 11 pm? Asking many such questions, SP Mahila Sabha National President Juhi Singh said that if the girl was a minor, why did she go to Nawab Singh for a job? The matter should be investigated impartially and justice should be served.

The 15-year-old victim went with her aunt to meet Nawab Singh Yadav at 11 pm. When the police reached the spot on the victim’s phone, her aunt was also there, but instead of taking her into custody, the police released her. The SP leaders say that the police should have interrogated the aunt. It may be noted that the victim’s aunt was earlier associated with the SP, but recently she was seen at the BJP office in Kannauj. Several pictures of her have also surfaced, in which she is seen with former MP Subrat Pathak and minister Asim Arun.

As soon as the victim called 112, a large number of police reached the scene. The promptness of the police here is commendable… but the question is why the victim’s medical was not done? In fact, after arresting the accused, the police sent the victim to the hospital for medical treatment. After 6 hours of struggle, the victim refused to undergo medical treatment. He said that only oral medical should be done. His grandmother, who was present at the scene, said that if there was any problem, he should not undergo medical treatment.

Another rush to the incident appeared when the police released the victim’s name and address and her aunt’s name in a press release shared in a WhatsApp group. It was later deleted.
Who is accused Nawab Singh Yadav?
Nawab Singh Yadav, a resident of Adangapur village in Kannauj, was once called ‘Mini CM’. In fact, Nawab Singh Yadav started his political career with SP’s Lohia Vahini. He was the district president of Lohia Vahini. During this time he came in contact with Akhilesh Yadav and their intimacy increased a lot. He was also called ‘mini CM’ in the 2012 Akhilesh government, as apart from being close to Akhilesh, he was also Dimple Yadav’s MP representative, but he distanced himself from Akhilesh in the 2022 ticket. Then in 2024, when Akhilesh reached Kannauj to contest the MP elections, they came close again. However, the SP says that Nawab Singh is not affiliated with the party.
