There is an impasse between junior doctors protesting in the Kolkata rape-murder case and Mamata Banerjee’s government. Junior doctors are on strike and are protesting demanding justice. State CM Mamata Banerjee has called for an end to the strike. State Chief Secretary Manoj Mant on Thursday invited the agitating junior doctors for talks.
A 30-member delegation of junior doctors has reached Naban, but the protesting doctors are demanding live telecast of the talks, but the state administration has refused. Due to this, a deadlock has been created between the two parties regarding the conversation.
