Ex-IAS Sanjeev Hans from Jharkhand
The ED’s corruption probe against IAS Sanjeev Hans, who was Principal Secretary in the Energy Department in Jharkhand, has had a major breakthrough. ED has paid Rs. 10 note found whose number is Rs. 2.5 crore was used for transactions. The number of this 10 rupee note is 93D 062909. The amount was given to the woman who accused senior IAS Sanjeev Hans of being raped by politician Sunil Kumar Sinha.
Sunil Kumar Sinha has admitted the transaction in the custody of ED. While investigating the case, ED has exposed Sanjeev Hans’ game by opening complete accounts of all benami assets. Along with the minute by minute report, the ED has revealed which channel Sanjeev Hans was using to send money to which person and through which channel he received the money.

Not here, where did Sanjeev Hans use this money received through hawala? In the same order, a person named Praveen Chaudhary has also been included in the charge sheet.
Delhi flat in the name of sub contractor
It is alleged that Sanjeev Hans took advantage of his position to not only make this person a sub-contractor in the power department, but also built several properties in his name in Delhi and Ranchi. The flat where Sanjeev Hans’ family lives in Delhi’s Anand Niketan is also in Praveen’s name. Its cost is around 9.60 crore rupees. Harleen Kaur, wife of Sanjeev Hans, also confirmed this during the ED interrogation. Said that he lives on rent in the house of Praveen Chaudhary.
Deal in the name of S Sir
The code found by the ED during a raid at a sub-contractor’s premises in the Water Resources Department has now been decoded. Here S sir code is used for Sanjeev Hans. In which Pawan Kumar, director of a company named S Sir Code, paid 67 lakh rupees. During the investigation it came to know that this S Sir is none other than Sanjeev Hans himself. The company gave him this amount as kickback. During the raid in the office of the company, some documents of this transaction were also found. ED is examining these documents.
This is how the hawal transaction took place
According to ED officials, Sanjeev Hans gave around Rs 2.5 crore to Gayatri Kumari, who accused him of rape. The channel that was created for this was politician Sunil Kumar Sinha. During the investigation, it was found that out of the Rs 10 note in which the transaction was made, an amount of Rs 2.5 crore reached Sunil Kumar Sinha through various channels. After this Sunil Kumar Sinha transferred this amount to Gayatri Kumar several times from different accounts. Among them, ED has also tracked transactions from 21 February 2022 to 2 March 2022. A total of 90 lakh rupees was sent during this time.
