Records of South Cinema films

In the last few years, there has been a neck-to-neck competition between South cinema and Bollywood films. There is often a debate about which cinema’s films are earning more. Till Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’ and ‘Jawaan’ and Sunny Deol’s ‘Gadar 2’ came along, there were many such talks and the rivalry between the two cinemas was even stronger. There will be many such debates about both the cinemas, so let’s put an end to it here and today we will tell you about a record that only belongs to the South.

Whenever any movie is about to release, the advance booking of that movie is started a few days before its release, so that the audience can book the tickets of that movie before its release and enjoy the movie. Prabhas’ ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has released in theaters on June 27. Advance booking of this film was started. The film did very well in advance bookings. And the film has earned 51 crores from the first day advance booking alone.

Along with this, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ has made its position at number four in the list of five highest grossing films from first day advance bookings. Let’s find out which other films are on this list and who earned how much from advance bookings on the first day.
