Last Tuesday, there has been a major revelation in the case of the death of a BJP leader under suspicious circumstances in Mahoba. The constable along with his two accomplices carried out the robbery while taking a BJP leader injured in a road accident to the hospital. A gold chain, four rings and two mobile phones were looted from the injured BJP leader. After this revelation, everyone was stunned to hear the movements of the uniformed person. Superintendent of Police Palash Bansal revealed the incident within 24 hours and registered a case against the three arrested accused.

Charkhari Kotwali Nagar BJP Yuva Morcha Mandal President Sachin Pathak was found lying in a pool of blood on Mahoba Road last Tuesday, who died during treatment at the hospital. Regarding the suspicious death of the BJP leader, brother Devendra and other family members had expressed suspicion of murder after seeing the mobile phone, ring and chain missing. On receiving the information, MLAs, former MPs and activists including state minister Rakesh Rathore reached the deceased Sachin’s house and demanded an explanation from the police at the earliest.

Police revealed within 24 hours

Superintendent of Police Palash Bansal took the incident seriously. Four police teams were formed to crack down on the incident. When the police revealed the above incident within 24 hours, everyone was shocked that how the PRV constables on duty on dial 112 shamed humanity. It is said that late BJP leader Sachin Pathak was returning home after dropping a friend at the railway station late on September 16, when he was seriously injured in a road accident.

Robbery before injured BJP leader

After receiving information about this, the police PRV van reached for help. Neelkamal, a constable posted in PRV, first helped the blood-soaked BJP leader and carried out the robbery. He looted four rings, a gold chain and two mobile phones from the injured BJP leader, gave them to his two other accomplices and escaped and himself took the injured to the district hospital in an ambulance, where the BJP leader died during treatment.

The police arrested the accused constable

Now the police have arrested the accused constable Neelkamal. Superintendent of Police Palash Bansal said that in this incident, the family of the deceased had expressed apprehension of robbery and murder and the police had registered a case based on the complaint, but when the matter came to light, it was found that they had reached for help. Goods looted from the deceased BJP leader have also been recovered.
